First IRL Event! 421 Quest: A Day of Games and Glory

On Saturday, November 22, we celebrated 421's first IRL event at a day of games, sharing some of our passions at El Abismo de Helm.

We enjoyed a Saturday afternoon full of dice and cardboard with local games --some still in their testing phase-- and open tables of what we love most: Magic and wargames with the Abismo community. The games were accompanied by a beautiful fair where Yunke Miniaturas, Dogor Govir, and the zines from falopa.ar participated.

Argentine game designer Gavriel Quiroga brought us his TCG, which had its international edition, so everyone could discover this card game with an '80s-'90s horror theme. We also had a space at the fair with his role-playing games.

Trench Crusade and Magic by the El Abismo de Helm community

The wargame that's on everyone's lips and that arrived to shake things up a bit for Warhammer had its place at 421 Quest. The tables were run by the Abismo community, who have spent months organizing events for the game and spreading the word of the trench.

Few formats are as community-driven in Magic as Commander and it had its place at the event with several tables where people not only played but also brought binders and traded cards.
